Alice has had an interesting and varied career to date, starting her junior years in a London teaching hospital before become a senior physiotherapist in Gibraltar for 2 years. On returning to the U.K. she specialised in back pain, sports injuries, orthopaedics and post operative care at St Peters hospital, Chertsey.
She then broadened and furthered these interests by working for the army in Germany where she has lived for the past 2 years before finally settling in Hamworthy.
Alice’s manual skills include acupuncture, soft tissue massage, kineseotaping and manipulation. She also has a passion for teaching Pilates, both 1-1 and classes. Having trained with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates institute over 9 years ago, she has specific experience in helping patients use Pilates to help manage their back pain, as well as ante-natal and post-natal musculoskeletal concerns.
