Amy qualified with a level 3 diploma in Sports Massage.
As well as her Sports Massage course, Amy completed the first year of clinical exercise science before transferring onto the chiropractic course at the AECC of which she is now a full time Chiropractic student.
Amy uses a range of techniques in massage treatments, including soft tissue release, myofascial release, neuro muscular techniques, trigger pointing, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilisation and deep friction.
This allows her to treat a variety of injuries such as plantar fasciitis, shin splints, muscle strains and lower back pain to name a few.
Amy loves the gym as well as running, swimming, wakeboarding and anything outdoors! She also loves to travel and spent a year in Australia and 2 months in Bali after completing her A-Levels.
