Josie is a Level 4 qualified Sports Massage Therapist & Yoga Teacher with five years clinical experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and chronic conditions. She has worked both as a mobile therapist and within multi-practitioner clinics in North Devon and more recently in Poole. Her background in yoga informs a holistic and integrated mind-body approach to massage and rehabilitation. Recently returning from maternity leave, Josie is looking forward to expanding her client base.

CLINICAL EXPERTISE
Josie completed a 250-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Bristol in 2019 before progressing to Sports Massage Therapy Levels 3 and 4 at the Cotswold Academy. Her yoga training deepened her understanding of functional movement and mind-body connection, which now underpins her therapeutic work. Over five years of clinical practice, she has developed extensive experience working with a wealth of clients across different ages, injuries and conditions.
