If I remember hearing right, my cousin is working with a physiotherapist to recover from an injury right now. He’s been pretty big into working out, but he ended up hurting himself pretty badly recently. I’m just hoping that this doesn’t deter him from trying to get back into his routine when he’s fully recovered.
