Mollie is a highly qualified chiropractor and yoga teacher, dedicated to enhancing movement and supporting individuals in achieving their health goals. After graduating from WIOC in 2019, she began her career within a multi-disciplinary clinic in London, before relocating to Bournemouth four years ago, where she further developed her expertise in a holistic clinic in Southbourne, guiding patients through their wellbeing journeys.
Mollie takes an evidence based approach to care, combining clinical skills with a range of holistic treatments tailored to each individual. As an active person herself, she understands the importance of effective recovery, injury prevention, and returning patients to optimal function. She believes in a blended approach of hands-on treatment and rehabilitation, helping her patients build body awareness and confidence.

Specialist areas and Clinical Expertise
Experienced in sports chiropractic, Mollie is passionate about providing care for athletes of all levels to allow them to perform at their best. She is currently providing clinics at Ringwood and Ellingham Rugby Club, helping their players stay injury free. Also working along side FICS supporting their vision of making chiropractic care accessible to international athletes.
Alongside her clinical practice, Mollie is a qualified yoga instructor and incorporates yoga-based practices into her treatments. This holistic approach helps support stress management, improve movement and restore overall balance.
Additional postgraduate training in pregnancy chiropractic care, allows her to identify the specific musculoskeletal and pelvic changes that occur throughout the pregnancy journey. Mollie helps her patients to reduce pain, improve mobility and maintain comfort.

Mollie has a love for movement, enjoying all that Dorset has to offer including; climbing, surfing, weightlifting, yoga, and Pilates. Her active lifestyle, combined with her professional experience, gives her a unique understanding of the physical demands and challenges her patients may face.
Mollie believes in blending hands on treatment with rehabilitative exercises. She is passionate about patient education, helping individuals understand the root cause of their discomfort and equipping them with the tools to manage their health independently.
