Megan Phelan

Physiotherapist

Qualifications and Experience

Megan has a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science and Health from Dublin City University and a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Healthy Science University. She’s also qualified in Level 4 Sports Massage, which adds a hands-on dimension to her skills. Megan’s worked with all sorts of people across different settings, helping them heal from injuries and regain strength.

Passions

I’m really passionate about helping people get back to doing the things they love, in a way that’s actually fun and fits into their busy lives. Rehab doesn’t have to be boring or feel like another thing on the to-do list. I want to make it something people look forward to, where they can see real progress and feel good about themselves.

Why Did Megan Decide to Become a Physiotherapist?

I decided to become a physio after a skiing accident that landed me in surgery. Going through a long recovery and lots of physio sessions made me appreciate how much physiotherapists can help not just with healing, but with keeping your spirits up. It made me want to be that person for others when they’re going through tough times.

Where Would You Find Megan in Her Spare Time?

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me outside somewhere. I love going on hikes, running, or going to the gym.
