Terms & Condition’s 2025/2026

Gift Vouchers:

  • Only one Gift Voucher may be used per patient, per therapy. Multiple vouchers may only be used together if purchased direct from Lilliput Health reception.
  • The value of the voucher will be deducted from full treatment price.
  • The voucher must be mentioned to reception on booking.

Packages:

  • Discount packages are none-refundable and are valid for a 12-month period from the purchase date. Any remaining unused portion of the package can still be redeemed, but additional fees may need to be charged to reflect any price rises that have been applied in the interim period. Residual credit cannot be refunded, but a credit note can be issued to be used against future treatments, products or packages supplied by Total Therapy Poole Ltd.
  • Credit notes will be issued if credit remains inactive for 6 months or more.
  • Courses of treatments to be paid in full in advance and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Birthday Offer:

  • Voucher valid against one treatment only during your birthday month.
  • Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other package or discount.
  • Offer valid against Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Sports Massage treatments only.

Meyrick Park Members.

 

Members of Meyrick Park Leisure club are entitled to 20% off any treatments. This excludes packages as they are already discounted. You will need to produce proof of membership.

Vouchers given upon signing up are for said person only and to be used within 3 months of joining the club.

Offers that are sold as a package are to used within 6 months of purchase. For example if a Initial Assessment and Follow up treatment are on offer as a package the follow up treatment must be used within 6 months of purchase and for the same problem. Anything over this time frame or a new complaint than the one assessed will need to be seen as a new patient
