Lisa Donovan graduated from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic with a Masters of Chiropractic degree achieving a Merit after 5 years of study. She is a member of the British Chiropractic Association and registered with the General Chiropractic Council.
She has a keen interest in postural related conditions and biomechanics and believes that techniques to alter and improve posture can have a significantly positive effect on reducing and preventing back pain. Lisa regularly attends professional development seminars and is continuously learning new techniques to implement into her treatment sessions. She uses a very holistic approach to chiropractic, treating the body as a whole and not just the area that an individual may be perceiving pain.
As an avid netball player, Lisa understands the importance of performing at optimum and getting the maximum out of the body without compromising with pain and stiffness. She utilises a combination of chiropractic care, rehabilitation and kinesiology taping with her patients to ensure they are always on top form, performing at their best without pain! She is also planning on attending further seminars to expand and develop her skills for treating paediatric patients and pregnant women.
Lisa has treated a wide variety of ages from 3 days old to 94 years old as she strongly believes everyone deserves the right to live a full and pain free life.
